Your data is kept in the clinic's own patient record system and shared only with those involved in your care, with the insurer you name, or when the law requires it.

Registering on this website creates a patient portal account and a medical record in your name. The clinic verifies your identity document at your first visit. You may ask to see or correct your data, and withdraw your consent to remote care at any time.

A phone consultation is a real medical visit written in your record; calls are not recorded without your separate consent.

The assistant on this website answers general questions through an AI service outside the Kingdom; your messages to it are anonymous, the clinic keeps them at most 30 days without any identifying data and only when it switches that on, and you are asked not to type identifying details into it.
